As you know, UK left EU some time ago. Since then your UK goverment may apply some additional taxes (customs or VAT or both) to any imported goods outside UK.
For that reason we experienced last year many cases, when some customers from UK absolutely ignored this fact and easily refused accepting package due to additional costs from UK customs dpt. And all of this without any consquences for them, although we spent huge money for shipping costs for their orders.
To avoid this, we must clearly state, that your UK goverment may charge you additional taxes, although it´s absolutely on regular basis. Most of small packages sent via National Post (Royal mail in UK), is delivered easily without any additional taxes. But, some exceptions may be applied and all UK customers must know that and accept that, prior dispatching the order.
